What is your business philosophy?
I believe in integrity and the principle of continuous improvement, also known as Kaizen – continuously updating my knowledge and skills daily.
Why did you choose this field / career path?
I chose this career path because it represents the ideal blend of my passions for finance, psychology, and sustainability. Growing up, my father had a hobby as a beekeeper, and I often accompanied him to forests to tend to his beehives. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the delicate balance of nature and the importance of sustainable practices. In business development, I’m able to leverage my understanding of human psychology and my finance background, making this role a perfect fit for my skills and values.
What is one of the best lessons you’ve learned during your career?
Never burn bridges.
“I shall be telling this with a sigh, Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I — I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.” – Robert Frost
