Ryan P. Reddish
Ryan started with Forest Investment Associates (FIA) in 2010 and is involved in all aspects of timberland acquisitions. In his current role, he is responsible for the identification and valuation of potential investment opportunities as well as due diligence coordination. Ryan has worked on the Real Estate Transactions Team since 2013, assisting in the successful closing of nearly 30 transactions totaling over $1.5 billion across the United States.
What is your business philosophy?
I believe a company is only as good as its people.
Why did you choose this field / career path?
I grew up around the forest products industry with my Dad procuring wood for a paper mill in southeast Georgia. It was a natural career path for me to follow.
What is one of the best lessons you’ve learned during your career?
The right decision is often the hardest one to make.
