What is your business philosophy?
I value honesty and respect in all my interactions, believing they are fundamental to building trust and developing meaningful connections.
Why did you choose this field / career path?
I grew up hunting, fishing, and spending all my time outdoors. My passion for nature and wildlife has continued to grow throughout my life. After starting my career in Real Estate, I was introduced to the Natural Resources side of the investment world, where I quickly began to realize this is where I can allow my passion for the natural world to become my career.
What is one of the best lessons you’ve learned during your career?
I have learned that trusting a team to deliver their parts is essential. A strong team allows you to focus on your role, knowing others are doing the same. This collective trust fuels success that individual efforts cannot match.
“Nothing in this world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, and difficulty.” – Theodore Roosevelt
