With over 25 years of expertise as an Executive Assistant, Kimberly provided high-level support to C-Suite executives and senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. She brings expertise in office management, meeting and event planning, calendar coordination and led employee engagement initiatives that fostered a connected and motivated workplace as well as organized company philanthropic events.
What is your business philosophy?
It is important to remember, the glass is not half full or half empty, it is refillable; it is a choice to focus on a positive outcome.
Why did you choose this field / career path?
I chose the Executive Assistant career path because I always found purpose in supporting others and creating structure in fast-paced environments. I thrive on being the behind-the-scenes force that helps leaders stay focused, organized and effective. Over the years, I discovered that my strengths – attention to detail, communication, and problem solving – are a natural fit for this role. Whether through strategic support, office leadership or fostering a positive and creative workplace culture, I strive to make a meaningful impact daily.
What is one of the best lessons you’ve learned during your career?
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but rather a demonstration of strength. One person does not have all the answers and reaching out to others can provide fresh perspectives, generate new lines of thinking and foster working relationships.
