When we invited FIA team members and partners to describe the firm in three words, the responses came quickly, and they came from real experience. No scripts or prompts. Yet three themes consistently emerged: collaboration, trust, and excellence.

The FIA Difference video brings these perspectives together, offering an honest look at what it feels like to work with and as part of FIA across regions and roles.

• Collaboration. Those closest to our forests talked about how much FIA relies on partnership: sharing knowledge, listening to local expertise, and working side by side with people who know their landscapes.
• Trust. People also emphasized trust – the trust clients place in us, the trust we build with operators and consultants, and the trust that develops within our own teams over years of showing up with consistency and transparency.
• Excellence. FIA team members and partners described FIA’s high standards, thoughtful decision-making, and long-term commitment to doing things the right way.
